Magician
Mark Kalin
How Mark Got Started
Mark Kalin originally wanted to be a puppeteer. By the age of 9, that dream shifted to magic. He shares, “I enjoyed the puppets, but the idea of magic really intrigued me. I tried to do a few tricks and found out it was something I could master.” At 19, Kalin’s pursuit paid off as he became one of the most recognized magicians in the world. He has performed all over the world at various venues, including theaters, casinos, and clubs, and even created his own immersive, experimental theatre in Reno, NV, called “Magic Underground.” Mark Kalin’s magic career started with sleight of hand and eventually grew to involve tigers, panthers, and large-scale stage illusions.
